Well, the tradition in Germany is to tear apart everything that is German until it proves to be good. For instance, when we played Serbia, it was all over for the press. It's all peace and well as long as we win, but the voices of the critics are always louder.

I, for one, am super happy that Jogi chose a young and fresh team and gave the upcoming stars of the German leagues a chance to shine internationally. I love our current team and even if we had lost every game, I would've still loved it because almost everyone on the team plays for German clubs, so we know them, they're OUR guys, right? We have watched them for the last couple of seasons and we supported them. In a way, Germany is my favorite club right now because it has most of the players that I like.

That said-- we have good players and they are a strong team, but they lack experience and they have a weak defense. What they have not learned is how to deal with leading in score, so they get over-ambitious and give in to stronger opponents.

I think Germany will be majorly disappointed if they don't make it further in the tournament. I, for one, would be glad to lose against Argentina, one of the best football teams in the world.
