Ella, here's a tip to avoid even having to deal with people like him. You can use a Gmail Filter to automatically delete his emails. I know it doesn't have the same dramatic ending as screaming unsubscribe at him, but for your peace of mind filters work great. He's not worth your time or energy. Let me know if you need any help getting a filter going.

Just ran into that yesterday. For me, I am re-calibrating and not dismissing orgasms entirely. The whole point of it for me is to associate orgasms with beautiful real woman, and control the urges I want to control. Not sure that helps, but that slight distinction made it easier for me.
