Ctrl + F 'boulder'

Boulder got even a few years back. There was a specific group of dickheads clogging up Left Hand Canyon running 3-4-5 wide and just blocking motorists. After enough complaints the local PD headed up the canyon with a stake bed truck and a paddy wagon. You see there's a law that if you're not carrying a valid government issued ID you can be detained until your identity can be verified. So, spandex wearing cockwad in the wagon, $thousands bike piled in the back of the truck, and off to the police station you go.

Only had to happen once.
